It is likely that the facilities meet at least Category 3 criteria -users may have to be able to stand.

Access Comments Large setting down point/car parking Ground surface tarmac. Self catering apartments sleeping 4 or 8 people. No equipment on site but can be hired in. There are 6 wheelchair accessible apartments, 3 are on the ground floor and 3 on the 1st floor via lift. La Rocco is set back from the main coastal road through St Brelade and is well signposted. There is a steep ramp from the road into the car park (up to 1:6). All rooms have balconies overlooking St Ouen’s Bay. The complex conforms to Jersey Building Regulations. Apartments are situated in a rural location by the sea and the surrounding area is hilly. The nearest shops are 2 miles away. All attractions are within a 10 mile radius. 90% of the attractions on the island have good disabled facilities with toilets. There are plenty of disabled parking spaces and disabled toilets throughout the island, including one near La Rocco apartments at St Ouen’s bay beach, which requires a RADAR Key. The nearest beach is at the entrance to La Rocco. No railway on the island. The airport is approx 2 -3 miles away and the ferry terminal is approx 8 miles away. The Connex buses on Jersey have wheelchair access. There are specially adapted Taxis available - PRE-BOOKING is recommended.
